Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
InTenTional T's T-Shirts & Apparel ships products to customers to most places in the world; U.S., U.S. Territories, Canada, Internationally, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. There might be some countries we cannot deliver to because of international legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
At this time, shipping is not available to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically.
US Domestic and International Shipping Policy
Fulfillment Processing Time: 2-7 business days.
US Domestic Average Shipping Time: 7 business days.
International Average Shipping Time: 7-21 business days.
All orders are processed and fulfilled within 2-7 business days. The average (US Domestic) shipping time is 7 business days, however based on delivery destination (International, APO/FPO/DPO addresses), the average shipping time can be within 7-21 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Note: Large, bulky shipments CAN NOT be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Horray! InTenTional T's T-Shirts & Apparel offers FREE Standard Shipping* worldwide! Depending on the destination, order shipments will be delivered via USPS, Canada Post, or FedEx.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
*Upgrades for (domestic) overnight delivery are available at checkout. All orders shipping with the Overnight Delivery method for US Domestic orders will automatically be marked as priority in our system and bumped up in the fulfillment queue.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
InTenTional T's T-Shirts & Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email:customersupport@intentionalts.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All claims for any products damaged or lost during shipping must be accompanied by email address initially provided when placing order, order confirmation, and tracking numbers.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Orders that have been submitted and has a status of "Fulfilled", may NOT be changed. This includes shipping address changes. Orders that have been submitted and has a status of "Waiting for Fulfillment" or "On Hold", may be changed at an additional cost of $15 (fifteen dollars) for US domestic orders and $25 (twenty-five dollars) for all other parts of the world. This includes shipping address changes.
Note: Changing an order may result in a longer fulfillment time.
